X-Box Live "Pay-As-You-Go" isn't. I wanted to play an online game but I hardly ever play online. I had a previous x-box membership but I hardly used it so I canceled it. I just wanted a one-time access for a couple days so I chose the "Pay-As-You-Go" option. Well it isn't. Unless you call them and ask them to turn off the auto renewal feature then they just keep dinging you for $9.99 a month. When I called in to ask them to refund they wouldn't budge. They actually suggested that I upgrade to a full 6 month membership! Idiots! They didn't get the idea of customer service at all. read full review »
