Was unable to access my established online cobra account, either through my user id, nor my soc.security #, nor my account #. Was also unable to access through telephone and entering my account # or social security number. I seemingly have disappeared off of Ceridian. When I tried calling the web tech support phone # listed on their web site (1-800-469-0429) their recorded message said "Thank you for calling, you've reached webq" over and over and over and over again with no other options like press 0 for operator or leave a message.
