Fraudulant charges are on my account with AT&T. PaymentOne Corp has placed charges for 14.95 on my account. I have not authorized anyone to use my telephone for billing. I do not usually give out my phone number. I am on limited income and will not pay these fees. I find that AT&T is not discerning on who can attach billing for something that is not authorized.
