I contracted to have an expensive piece of equipment shipped from Peekskill, NY to Troy, AL. Freightquote/Estes destroyed the equipment during shipping and then refused to pay for it, or to even refund my shipping costs. They offered me $100 for a $4, 000 X-ray Diffractometer.
