I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots on December 8, 2010. They guaranteed shipping within 7 days to my door, as of December 30, I do not have them. I can track them, they are still on the plane at this time en route to the United States. I have emailed them and they do respond, saying weather, etc. They didn't even ship them out of their warehouse until 12/15/10. Just disappointed, but my fault for not ordering directly from UGG.
