We were tennants of a WJD property for 2 years. Within that time frame, the dishwasher, hot water heater, clothes washing machine, furnace, and over ALL quit working. In EVERY instance, there were delays or stall tactics in having them repaired or replaced. The furnace leaked gas so for five days we went without heat in the middle of January.
