In the final stages of getting my loan modification worked out. Now I find out that this morning the company no longer exists. I trusted and paid Modify Utah $3000 to help and represent me lower my current mortgage payment. I am now in danger of losing my house. 8 months I've dealt with them and they dont even bother letting their customers know they are shutting their doors. What to do? Hire an attorney and pay another $3000? This is just a nightmare! read full review »
