No this doesn't clarify, because it was still within the 10 years! Also, the denial letter for course waiver dated 1/21/10 was never sent to me, nor was that a letter sent to me regarding my complaint against Kelson's unethical accounting of my Ethics grade where she mistakenly posted information for week 2's assignment in week 3 - how it was determined that I was confused and not Kelson is still a mystery to me!
