I contracted with First National Merchant Solutions in October 2007 and was locked into a 3 year contract. I had to close my business in August 2010 and after speaking to a representative from their company, I was told that my contract would be over in October and that I would be charged an early termination fee if I canceled before that but I could return my machine which would eliminate my rental fee leaving me a monthly charge of $12.95 a month till my contract was up.
