Like half the people here on Complaint Board, I'm having the same problem with Grammarly.com. I signed up for the Annual Subscription only for the 7 day free trial and I never received a confirmation email. But as I signed up the second time, but this time, didn't sign up my credit card/Paypal info, I receivee a email from Grammarly. And last week, I've been charged because I was too late to unsubscribe from their site and that was because Grammarly doesn't remember my email.
