This website and customer 'care' are disgusting. I have recently received damaged goods, (around £100 worth) and I have written to complain. Not only did they take 4 days to reply to my request to exchange the goods, they also didn't tell me what was to be done clearly, and I therefore emailed them once again to see if they could clarify things. They still have not contacted me and it's been over 2 weeks. 3 emails sent now, and 1 received. Bad feedback from me. read full review »
