A few weeks ago my husband stopped at KFC after work to bring dinner home for us. When he arrived home, as I lifted the lid off of a 16-piece chicken bucket, it looked as if it was laying at the store all day. Dark and dry without taste. I called and spoke with the manager and was told they had not changed their grease. She apologized and said she would send something called a wild card to replace the chicken.
