Collegues were delayed at JHB airport for 6 hours for a Domestic flight to Cape Town. What started off as half an hour delay turned into an hour and so it went on. Then to every ones amazement when it all started looking brighter there was no staff to fly the plane. How does an airline operate with no staff?I have laid a complaint to kulula on the 4th of Feb and of course I am still waiting.
