We were told to buy a HP laser Jet M3027 x MFP printer with Next business-day on-site support contract in 2009. During November 2009 we experienced problems were black stripes printed on the papers. We reported the incident and asked HP to send a technician to sort the problem out. They told us we first had to try and solve the problem telephonically. Obviously after hours of our time we sort of got the problem fixed. This is NOT what the service contract said we should do.
