Early last year (2010) I heard about a new FREE TRIAL weight loss product shown on the internet ( MSN -advertisement) And sent off (on line) for a FREE TRIAL. I was not made aware of any agreement which would later entitle the company Acai Berry Diet Max. to begin supplying further batches of the product and charging my credit card account without any further contact or agreement from me.
