I purchased an item from Club Monaco during a boxing day week. I was never informed that the item I was purchasing was a final sale. When I came back to the store trying to exchange the item (I didn't even want to return it, just an exchange), I was informed that nothing can be done to help me. When I explained that I was not told that the item was a final sale, the sales rep stated "There is no way of knowing that."
