Placed an order on xmas eve, pickup was scheduled at 4pm. We called and asked if we could pick up earlier, employee on the phone replied "sure, come in 1/2 from now". I went there, waited on line just to hear a dark haired female employee shout at me like i was 5 years old " you arent suppost to be here til 4pm! This is news to me about an early pick up"!
