Purchased a pocket video camera from HSN and because I purchased it more than 30 days before Christmas, they refused to exchange or allow me to return it for a refund. Personally in this time of lost jobs, lost homes and higher prices - I think that a policy that causes people who put faith in a company to be out of their hard-earned money and to be left with unusable products is shameful and dishonest.
