I was told by the Best Buy salesman I had 30 days to return the computer. When I asked why the box was open, he said it was new but returned. When I asked for a brand new one, he said there was nothing wrong with the computer and I had 30 days to try it out and see for myself that it was new. The computer would not work. I tried calling the store for help and was told repeatedly someone from their Geek Squad would call back but no one did.
