Mark Couchman of the Lewes, Delaware area bills himself as a handyman. He installed a light fixture and did a good job. He was then commisioned to perform some other work. Three times he came and asked for 40 dollars advance. He failed to complete the work and never returned the money. In time I found out he was a drug addict. If you are in the southern Delaware area beware if you come into contact with this individual. He is a liar and a cheat. Call the better Business Bureau and if you are a senior citizen contact the police as he can be arrested for fraud. read full review »
