The company doesn't send bills on time therefore i always get charged the late fee of $10 it's not my fault the mail is late. They don't have any other way of notifying me of the bill that is due. All they have to say is "I don't know what happened?". I think they're just ripping us off!! I am tired of that line and wish they would be more helpful and knowledgable.
