My husband and I ordered a reman engine for a 97 Ford F-150 on Oct. 29, 2010. We didn't hear from them for 2 weeks so I tried on several occasions to contact them. Each time I was told the order was in process and awaiting parts. On December 15th 2010 I received a call that engine order was being cancelled due to time frame and lack of parts needed. I was told to dispute the charges through my credit card company because they would help the refund to be processed sooner.
