how can they charge based on years of ownership. when we purchased our maintance fees and taxes was 226.00+98.00 this was the yearly total. I RECIEVED a bill this year for nearly 750.00 . Talked with another owner that bought two years ago their fees for a two bedroom for 2011 is less than 520.00. I own a one beedroom .
