Bought a $4000 sofa sectional, purchased teh $278 warranty like an idiot. Noticed some black line marks on the sofa after a year of ownership. Placed the call for a claim and told them "I dont know what the stain is but it looks like straight lines, maybe a pen mark." They denied the warranty because I couldnt identify the cause of the stain!! Shouldve just told them pen marks. What a scam!! Do not purchase this bogus warranty and if you did ask for a refund. read full review »
