I, too, was scammed by a Joseph Scouza from Loan Doctors of America who has relocated from Florida probably to run away from stealing monies there. I believed that he was going to help me modify my mortage loan payment. He sweet-talked me into believing that it wouldn't take more than 90 days to finalize the loan modification.
