I purchsed a Polaroid 32" LCD w/DVD in Sept 2007. Four months later it quit working. I called Polaroid and they sent out a technician who had to replace the board. Three months later the DVD went out. I made due by connecting my old DVD player to it. However last month, Jan 2009 it quit working again. I called Polaroid and they told me there was nothing they could do since it was out of warranty. I took it to a tv repairman who said he could fix it for $400 but told me not to bother because without a cooling mechanism it would continue to burn out. Polaroid will not help, and they don't care, that's for sure. read full review »
