I had reservations through Travelocity made a few months back for rooms at the Good Nite Inn in Fremont Ca. from Dec 28th through Jan. 1st. we stayed until Dec. 31st but left one night early as the person I was traveling with became ill. We canceled our New Years Eve plans in San Francisco and tried to cancel our motel room. We were told I had to contact Travelocity as I made my reservations through them.
