I called Assurant Solutions regarding my 5 year warranty for an LG TV I purchased through Circuit City. We were struck by lightening in July of 2010 (2 1/2 yrs into the warranty) and requested a pro-rated refund, because the TV was destroyed. After faxing the requested information 4 times, numerous hour long phone calls, it is now January 2011 and I still do not have my refund.
