I just had an issue on my business account having to do with excessive over drafts. The same issue in which Twin City Federal is currently being sued for in a class action lawsuit. When I asked the banker (Ryan Tucker) (assistant manager) about it he blatantly lied and said it was a competitor who was being sued. TCF cannot be trusted and frequently engage in dishonest and corrupt business practices! I am moving my accounts to another bank. I am sticking to a smaller local bank where I am still considered a person with individual banking needs. read full review »
