CONTACT THE ATTORNY GENERAL WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS OR THEY WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED! THEY INFORMED ME TO ADVISE EVERYONE ON THESE COMPLAINT BOARDS> THEY MUST HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS TO ADDRESSS THESE CROOKS!!!I believe that the company is very deceptive. The conditions of the trial period were hidden in the fine print. 3 days after the trial period ended I realized that I had been billed $109. At that point I called them and said that I wanted to send the trial back for a refund. Mind you, only 3 of the 10 cartridges were even used... read full review »
