NetOne International disconnected my Long Distance Service in May 2010. I contacted Netone and enquired about the reason for the disconnection and to state that I had not received any physical Invoice from them. I was informed by the Agent that in March 2010, NetOne International upgraded their network and billing system and my account was caught in the process ie my bill was incorrect, my address was deleted from the system and I was given another account number.
