I was a loyal customer for over 5 years when my service began to become poorer. I accidentally broke my new phone and then I terminated my service during the buyers remorse period and and was told the termination fee would be waived due to this fact. This month they billed me for it after lying to me about waiving it. They said I have to return the phone which still worked and I have given it away to someone who still has their service.
