David Jackson, with a very heavy, east idian accent, called, looking for an employee. I, politely, informed him that our division does not accept personal phone calls and that he would need to contact that employee at home. Jackson argued, briefly, I, again, informed him that in order to speak with this employee, he would have to make contact with them at their home, said goodbye and hung up the phone.
