I had my origanal mortage with TB&W and when they went down Bank of America took over our loan. When our economy went down the drain we contacted them to go for a modification. We were told we quilified, then it was we made to much, now it is we make to little. We were told not to make a payment because it would show we could afford our mortage and we would be denied, now without our knowledge we were put in foreclosure.
