I usually don't complain and believe you get what you pay for, but...We bought an expensive LG fridge in October 2009. Only 14 months later and the plastic part of the shelves are cracking. One completely broke apart. I did an online chat with their customer support and the person on the other end was not helpful and ended the session abruptly without answering my questions.
