Bought a Samsung refrigerator new $2562 plus tax and the compressor went out 7 weeks later. Samsung couldn't get anyone to come fix it (most because they said they wouldn't get paid) so Samsung said they'd refund the money. When we didn't get a check, called to be told we had to send them the power cord and serial number sticker before they'd send a refund. Did that and verified they received on Dec 3, 2010...it's over a month later and they don't know when they'll get around to writing a check... read full review »
