We had ordered a Turbo offline and it was going to be shipped from this company. We received confirmation that the product was to be shipped and received on January 7, 2011, then two hours later we received another email stating that the company had canceled the shipment. They still got their $516.00 so everything was process, now we are trying to get a hold of them and the phone keeps ringing, we have emailed the company several times trying to figure out why it was canceled but have not gotten any responses. read full review »
