I too heard the advertisment on the radio about $1000 in free groceries and figured it had to be too good to be true. I asked several very pointed questions about how they could give away $1000 free and what was the catch. The $19.70 didn't seem like a bad deal for free groceries and the explanation I got sounded very reasonable.
