I received a fax at work for a vacation package to Mexico. I thought it was a great deal and wanted to take my husband on a trip. So, I booked it. When I tried to call and make the reservation no one is in site. The phone number is disconnected and all I have is one piece of paper stating that booked these reservations. I have no idea where to find these people and I just want my money back.
