On 12-28-09 our home loan was given an appoved modification and now a year later we are being told that the Bank of America and its investors have decided to revoke the approval. We have upheld our end of the modification agreement for 12 months now, due to the fact that our loan was made affordable with the hardships that we have encountered over the last 2 years.
