I bought top of the line appliances from KitchenAid in the summer of '09. Within six months my dishwasher required repair and that was hell to get a repair person out. In October of 2010 my fridge broke down. Everything went to waste and it took them almost two weeks for a repair. I complained to KitchenAid consumer affairs and they offered me a $75.00 monetary gift or if I went online I could choose any countertop appliance up to $125.00.
