My auto loan was sold in September to Santander after I paid my account to Citifinancial Auto. Santander contacted me 10 days after my due date stating my payment was past due I explained to them that my payment wasn't past due and that I do not know who they are nor will I speak with them about my account when I was informed that they had purchased my account and would be servicing it.
