Unreliable. If you need something that is time sensitive there are better online stores out there. My experience with Trainuniverse (and parent company MrToys.com) was very negative. The web sites report items as being In-Stock and available but after ordering they are not available. Timing issues are understandable but in my case it them a week to notify me that they could not fulfill my order. read full review »
