These people are crooks and very unprofessional! They have ruined my first holiday in 8 years by cancelling my order less than 24hours before I'm due to leave. To add to the insullt they tried to blame me for their mistakes claiming that because I was rude to staff their is nothing they can do for me. Newsflash I wasn't rude I went easy on them considering they made a huge $#*! up and left me upset and angry.
