They get you with terms that are confusing, you cancel they ship anyway. Not only that but when you order them you are automatically enrolled in other memberships! When you call customer service you are met with a smug, vicious rep that will not let you get a word in edgewise, calls you a liar, laughs at you and taunts you with. Tough you agreed to it. There must be an agency who can put an end to this, tricking the consumer and then being harassed and ridaculed by vicious employees.
