This Bank practices the art of holding transactions so you think you have a positive balance then they post them when your account is low, they pay the outstanding transaction that they hold themselves and charge a fee for every oustanding transaction, they charge the fee several time hoping you don't catch it. When you call customer service they tell you it is perfectly legal and will not refund a dime.
