I was contacted by a very friendly woman who was telling me a Reply Real Estate and all the leads I could get at $54 each. She explained that if they were not intersted, had another realtor, or just wee not valid I could return the leads and not be charged. If I was unhappy then I could terminate the agree with 30 days notice. 4 days into I realized the leads were not worth the money because not one was interested in buying or selling or they already were working with a realtor.
