I tried to use my money card for a partial purchase at Walmart. I recieved a cellphone text saying I had $3.42 left on the card while standing in line to cash out. The cashier said I only had $.42 left on the card and couldn't use it and that possibly the other $3.00 was being held back for a monthly charge. I want to close out my card account because what good is it if I can't use it when I have money on it? And then I have the issue of discrepancies of funds.
