I actually really like my DirecTV service--have had few problems and if there are any they can readily be fixed. What I do have a problem with is their customer service reps who are clearly in Calcutta or something. I'm not some xenophobe. I love foreigners...at my cocktails parties...NOT when I'm trying to explain a problem or issue in customer service. They respond like "Hindi Robots" as they are trained to repeating in monotone "yes, m'am, " "no, m'am." And it's infuriating on a human... read full review »
