We almost lost our contract on our home along with the earnest money twice working with Chase Mortgage. The employees that work for that company are completely incompetent. They asked us an average of three times for five sets of documents they already had in their possession. They fail to respond to emails in a timely manner. If we emailed them at 10 AM CT they would respond the next day. This should have been a sign of their lack of customer service but oh no, we wanted that $500 cash back each year on the mortgage.
